ON CAMPUS HOUSING

There’s no place like home? Surely, the ISU On Campus Housing might be that place! Experience the convenience of your second home with us through our ISU Student Dormitory. In an effort to support the provision of SDG 1 and alleviate all forms of poverty, the dormitory takes an active role in addressing the needs of disadvantaged students. The dormitory’s affordable housing options significantly alleviate the financial burden on economically-disadvantaged students, while also providing cost-effective utility services, complimentary Wi-Fi, and electricity. Separate dormitories for male and female occupants are managed by dormitory matrons who supervise as well as extend counseling services to all dormitory occupants. The Student Dormitory is strategically located in front of the Presidential Cottage within the Campus premises providing unfettered access to a host of educational resources and support services. The dormitory’s location eliminates the spatial hurdles that students often face in their academic development.

Off-campus stay? No worries! To ensure the safety and well-being of all the students residing outside the University, the Student Housing and Residential Services conducted accreditation of boarding houses and dormitories through monitoring and inspection with the partnership of the Office of Health Services, Security, Barangay Officials, Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Sanitation Office.

The University has established and organized partnership with the ISU-Owners of Accredited Boarding Houses and Dormitories Association (ISU-OABHDA). The ISU-OAHBDA is registered to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Company Registration No. CN201111606. Its general objective is to unite and organize all the owners of Registered and Accredited Boarding Houses and Dormitories of San Fabian, Echague, Isabela, and provide an avenue to safeguard the common interest and welfare of students residing in their care.
