Mandate of the Office

In support of the University’s vision of becoming the leading research university in the country and ASEAN region, the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation and Community Engagement (RICE) engages the creative and innovative qualities of its faculty and staff in the development, implementation, and support to a comprehensive, responsive, and focused RICE services to the University.

To sustain this, the Office fosters the research culture as it generates new knowledge and technologies to be utilized by community, for sustainable, participatory, and efficient country-side development.
