Isabela State University (ISU) received the University of Antique Federation of Faculty Association (UAFedFA) for a two-day Knowledge Tour from June 22-23, 2026 as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen faculty governance, human resource management, and organizational development initiatives.
The UAFedFA delegation was led by Dr. Dolores M. Pajarillo (UAFedFA President), together with Floriza S. Siaisa (UAFedFA Treasurer), Juancho F. Jamile (Human Resource Management Officer), and Reiner Paul P. Teologo (Chief Administrative Officer).
The activity provided the visiting faculty officers and unit heads with opportunities to benchmark best practices and engage in professional dialogue with ISU officials and personnel. Discussions focused on faculty governance, human resource management systems, organizational development strategies, and employee in-house promotion mechanisms.
Through said visit, the participants aimed to gain insights that are expected to support the enhancement of faculty professional development and promotion programs within the University of Antique.
