On June 10, Isabela State University (ISU) officially launched the OneISU Executive Intelligence Dashboard. This is in response to the University’s commitment to become a Smart-Green University through data-driven governance, innovation, and technology-enabled decision-making.
Developed through the initiative of the University Management Committee led by Dr. Boyet L. Batang (University President), the dashboard serves as a centralized digital command center designed to provide University executives with real-time access to critical institutional data and performance indicators.
The OneISU Executive Intelligence Dashboard consolidates key University information from various offices, campuses, and integrated systems into a single platform. Through role-based dashboards, University leaders can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), receive alerts, review campus performance summaries, and access financial, academic, planning, research, and human resource data without the need to navigate multiple reports and information systems.
At the heart of the platform is its capability to support evidence-based leadership through comprehensive analytics and artificial intelligence-powered decision support. The dashboard features dedicated interfaces for the Office of the President, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA), the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance Services (OVPAFS), the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Development (OVPPD), and the Office of the Vice President for Research, Development, Extension and Training (OVPRDET).
The platform also strengthens institutional oversight across ISU campuses through multi-campus data integration, to enable University officials to monitor performance, resources, accomplishments, and operational trends from a centralized location. By connecting with academic, financial, human resource, planning, and research systems, the dashboard significantly reduces manual reporting requirements while improving data accessibility and consistency.
Among its most innovative features are Ask OneISU and AI-powered executive briefings, which allow administrators to generate summaries, identify emerging trends, receive strategic insights, and quickly understand priority concerns using available University data. These capabilities are expected to support faster, more informed, and evidence-based decision-making at the executive level.
The launch also highlighted the growing ecosystem of digital solutions integrated within the OneISU platform. These include ISU e-Sign, a secure electronic signature system that promotes paperless and efficient document processing; the ISU Medical Management System, which digitizes healthcare records and clinic operations; ISU Attendance, a paperless event attendance management platform; the ISU Human Resource Management System (HRMS), which streamlines employee information and human resource services; ISU Link, the University’s centralized portal for managing international partnerships and collaborations; and the ISU Strategic Development Plan System, which facilitates strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and institutional performance reporting.
The unveiling of the OneISU Executive Intelligence Dashboard embodies the University’s vision of harnessing digital transformation to strengthen governance, improve service delivery, enhance institutional efficiency, and create a more responsive and sustainable academic environment.
