Isabela State University (ISU) joined the commemoration of ASEAN Month 2026 through a University-wide celebration held during its regular Flag Raising Ceremony on August 10, 2026, with the festivities likewise observed across its campuses.
Under the theme, “Navigating our Future, Together”, the celebration featured socio-cultural presentations, and an ASEAN-themed parade participated in by students, faculty and staff, and University and campus officials.
The program also included a Best ASEAN Attire competition to recognize members of the ISU Community who showcased the diverse cultural heritage and traditions of ASEAN member states.
Overall, the celebration highlighted ISU’s participation to strengthen ASEAN awareness and promote cultural appreciation, regional cooperation, and solidarity within the University and the ASEAN community.
