The Isabela State University takes another milestone as it was awarded the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze (National) Level by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) last September 2020.

The award was given to ISU, being compliant with Level 2 Maturity Indicators of the four (4) core HRM Systems in the areas of Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Learning and Development; Rewards and Recognition; and Performance Management.

It can be recalled the ISU’s first PRIME-HRM award was in 2015 at the Regional Level.

PRIME-HRM is a program that assesses the HRM practices, systems and capabilities of government agencies while elevating public sector HR management to a level of excellence.

ISU will continue to provide excellent services and quality education to its stakeholders and the community. ((JF/GZ/BJC-UMIS-CMS // with Randy Acoba, ISU Echague Tangguyob Correspondent)
