UNIVERSITY COMMITTEE ON DECORUM & INVESTIGATION (CODI) FOR FACULTY AND NON-TEACHING STAFF
The Isabela State University (ISU), in pursuant to the Republic Act No. 7877, otherwise known as the “Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, Rule VI Section B”, has established the ISU Committee on Decorum & Investigation of Sexual Harassment Cases, effective January 03, 2024, to December 31, 2024, unless otherwise earlier revoked by higher authorities.
The composition of the ISU Committee on Decorum & Investigation (CODI) for Faculty (Office Order No. 11, s.2024) and Non-Teaching Staff (Office Order No. 12, s.2024) is as follow:

Among others, the main function of the CODI shall be to investigate cases of sexual harassment. However, when a member of the CODI is the complainant of the person complained of, he or she shall be disqualified from being a member of the Committee.
Furthermore, if the complainant is a student, he or she shall be represented by the Supreme Student Council Federation (SSCF) President.
