The second day of the 48th Founding Anniversary of Isabela State University (ISU) also highlighted the Araw ng Parangal 2026 to celebrate excellence and honor outstanding students, faculty members, staff, alumni, and institutional leaders whose achievements continue to advance the University’s mission in instruction, research, extension, innovation, and public service.

 

The recognition program paid tribute to former Heads of Campus and Coordinators, former Vice Presidents, and past members of the Board of Regents for their invaluable contributions to the University’s growth and development.

 

It also celebrated excellence across various categories, including Top Performing Programs in the Licensure Examinations, Best Student Researchers, the Ten Outstanding ISUans, Faculty Researchers who emerged as Top Resource Generators and Top Scopus-Indexed Researchers, as well as recipients of the Most Outstanding Employee, Most Outstanding Extensionist, Most Outstanding Researcher, Most Outstanding Faculty, and Most Outstanding Alumni awards.
