Authored by Jhamie Tetz Infante-Mateo (Focal Person, University Gender and Development & Faculty, CCSICT), together with Musyrifah Mahmod, Suwannit Chareen Chit, and Conchita La Madrid-Palencia, the research paper is part of the ongoing collaboration between Isabela State University (ISU), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), and the Province of Isabela Green Ladies Association (PIGLAI) aimed at promoting knowledge and best practices in gender and development.
