In compliance to Republic Act 11210, an Act Increasing the Maternity Leave Period to One Hundred Five (105) Days for Female Workers with an option to extend for Additional 30 days without pay, and granting an additional Fifteen days for Solo Mothers and for Other Purposes, you are hereby directed to advise/instruct all Campus Human Resource Management Offices of the University to strictly adopt the implementing rules and regulations aforementioned in the act.
This Maternity Leave is on top of the statutory leave provided to all employees.
