Adopting Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRRs) of the Maternity and Paternity Leave
In compliance to Republic Act 11210, an Act Increasing the Maternity Leave Period to One Hundred Five (105) Days for Female Workers with an option to extend for Additional 30 days without pay, and granting an additional Fifteen days for Solo Mothers and for Other Purposes; as well as the Republic Act 8187, an act providing paternity leave of seven (7) days with full pay to all male employees in the private and public sectors- Campus Human Resource Management Offices of the University are advised to strictly adopt the implementing rules and regulations aforementioned in the acts.
This Maternity and Paternity Leaves are on top of the statutory leave provided to all employees.
