Two of Isabela State University’s recent top notchers in the licensure exam has paid courtesy visit to Dr. Marita R. Canapi, Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education and the Chairperson of the ISU Board of Regents, during the 234th Regular Board Meeting this Wednesday (October 11).

Frances Anne B. Foronda bannered the University during the September 2023 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination as Top 2, while Engr. Roldan G. Maximo landed as Top 6 in the nationals for the September 2023 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination.

Both of them received the cash incentives pursuant to ISU’s incentive policy for licensure exam top notchers, with Foronda receiving Php 55,000.00, and Maximo with Php 35,000.00.

Foronda and Maximo received the cash prices given directly by Dr. Canapi.

In a short congratulatory message, Dr. Canapi commends the recent trends in the licensure performance of the University.
