TABUK, Kalinga– Isabela State University transfers Student Automated Registration, Information and Accounting System or SARIAS to Kalinga State University (KSU), taking effect the memorandum of agreement signed by parties on Tuesday (June 2).
Sharing-out SARIAS is part of ISU’s extension service program to selected state universities and colleges which had signified interest in using the system.
SARIAS is a homegrown student information management system which is a component of the University’s student portal services.
It facilitates various automated functions which include timekeeping system, faculty class recording system, online enrollment system, faculty portal for online grade submission and online class list printing, and other services related to student information.
The extension service program also provides technical assistance to improve student services of client SUCs, with training and consultancy services for successful implementation of basic SARIAS functions.
University President Dr. Ricmar Aquino joined KSU President Dr. Eduardo Bagtang in the MoA signing.
