The University Resource Generation Management Office (RGMO) led by Dr. Freddie O. Libatique (University Director for RGMO) had its first meeting with Dr. Isagani P. Angeles, Jr. (Vice President for Planning and Development) on June 3, 2025 at the ISU Echague Campus.

The said meeting focused on updates to the status of current projects and future planning initiatives of the unit which would revolve around creating a SMART RGMO built on campus transparency. The meeting also aimed to ensure the alignment between campus-level and university-level strategies for resource generation and management.

In his message during the meeting, Dr. Angeles expressed his vision for each campus to produce a tangible product and be provided with a vehicle to improve its programs and initiatives. Another highlight in his message is the goal to create a digitized system to enhance the monitoring and evaluation processes for the University’s business enterprises.

Moving forward with the meeting, various suggestions were raised by the representatives from the ISU campuses. This will be discussed and planned by the unit in its next steps to contribute to the overall productivity of the University in terms of its resource generation and management.
