
Isabela State University (ISU), through the Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement (RAISE) Program in Cagayan Valley, hosted a collaborative meeting with the Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PhilExport) – Region 2 at the CVSRRC Hall.
The gathering aimed to explore a potential partnership focused on enhancing the region’s capacity to navigate the export landscape and promote local products through strategic information campaigns and business matching initiatives. This effort aligns with RAISE-CV’s overarching mission to elevate the global competitiveness of agri-aqua products in Cagayan Valley.
The meeting was led by Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino (University President) and Dr. Boyet L. Batang (President-Elect), joined by key officials from ISU, PhilExport, CVAARRD, and DOST-backed programs.
The initiative aligns with RAISE-CV’s mission to enhance global competitiveness and innovation in the agri-aqua sector of Cagayan Valley.
