Isabela State University finds new partner for cross-border academic collaboration with the Davis College, a tertiary institution based in Ohio, United States, as parties signed partnership agreement this morning (August 5).
The institutions would be working on areas of scientific research and academic ventures, especially of faculty exchanges and student mobilization. The partnership also enables the exchange of information and academic materials, organize joint conferences, distant or virtual training workshops, joint research activities and publications.
In a message during the virtual signing, President Diane Brunner of Davis College says that the partnership adds to the effort of the American college in serving stakeholders around the globe.
“We are honored and enthusiastic to be collaborating with Isabela State University in promoting educational opportunities between our two institutions. We are thrilled to be able to serve our international community with you”, said President Brunner.
As a counterpart, ISU President Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino assures of ISU’s resources now that the University focuses on beefing up its internationalization efforts.
“Today’s conference will be an opportune time to showcase what Isabela State University and Davis College can do to forge alliances and dedicate resources to internationalization. I am confident that with our collaborative efforts and commitments, we will achieve stronger rapport and connection”, President Aquino remarked.
