The newly inaugurated ISU–E Multipurpose Building aims to contribute to deliver transformative, comprehensive, and modernized Smart-Green academic services to the people of Isabela. Designed to support governance and academic leadership, the facility will also house the offices of the University’s top management, including the University President and Vice Presidents, as well as a new auditorium intended for academic, cultural, and institutional activities.

The development of the said building was initiated under the leadership of Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino (6th University President) and was completed and inaugurated under the leadership of Dr. Boyet L. Batang (University President).

As part of the inauguration, ISU also unveiled its new University Seal, an iteration of the previous seals of the institution. The updated seal reflects the University’s new strategic direction, contemporary developments, and evolving role in higher education, while maintaining respect for its historical foundations.

Anchored on ISU’s present trajectory, the new seal embodies the University’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, academic excellence, and societal transformation in a rapidly changing educational landscape.

Together, the inauguration of the ISU–E Multipurpose Building and the unveiling of the new University Seal aligns with the University’s efforts to strengthen its institutional identity and governance infrastructure, and pattern its physical and symbolic assets with its vision of becoming a model Smart-Green University.
