Isabela State University (ISU) extends its recognition to Dr. Jhamie Tetz Infante-Mateo (Associate Professor III, Isabela State University), for having been awarded the Gawad Gabay Karapatan Special Citation (Human Rights Policy Contribution) during the 2024 National Human Rights Consciousness Week Culmination Night last December 10, 2024 held the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Quezon City.

This is in connection with the recent award also received by Dr. Infante-Mateo during the Gawad Karapatang Pantao 2024 Regional Screening. The award highlights her dedication and contributions to Human Rights Policy, reflecting her commitment to advocating for and promoting Gender and Development (GAD) at the University.
