The Isabela State University – College of Law commemorated the graduation of 33 students, marking another culmination of years of legal study. The graduation ceremony, held on June 21, 2024 at the Meraki Garden in Reina Mercedes, Isabela, was graced by Associate Justice Samuel Gaerlan from the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

In his message, Associate Justice Gaerlan expressed his congratulations to the graduates, encouraging them to move forward and strive to provide inclusive and equitable justice for all.

“May this event serve as a reminder that you are a reflection of the kind of education your alma mater offers – one not only geared towards academic legal excellence, but one also attuned to the development of a sense of social responsibility towards the attainment of a just and humane society,” he further added.

University and campus officials headed by Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino (University President) also attended the said event in support of the ideals and vision of the College of Law.

The graduation of the 33 students holds significance for the University as it reflects the Institution’s dedication to producing competent and ethical legal professionals.

This also highlighted the University’s commitment to excellence in legal education and its role in shaping the future of law in the countryside and the region.
