
The University proudly celebrates its achievement in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, making a significant leap from the 801–1000 bracket in the previous year to the 401–600 tier out of 2,526 globally participating institutions. This advancement reflects the University’s commitment to promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) through its instruction and research, policies, and community engagement.
Adding on this success, ISU has been ranked 2nd among the Top 3 universities in the Philippines in attaining the targets of the UN SDGs for the higher education sector which highlights the University’s strides in championing sustainability at the grassroots and global levels.
Morver, the University excelled in several SDGs in the 2025 THE Impact Rankings, placing 101–200 in SDG 1 (No Poverty), 301–400 in SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities), and 401–600 in SDGs 5, 16, and 17, reflecting its strong commitment to social impact, sustainability, and global partnerships.
This recognition is a milestone for Isabela State University and a reflection of the ongoing efforts of its leadership, faculty, staff, and students in driving inclusive, sustainable, and transformative development across the region and beyond.
