Dubbed as the “University for People and Nature”, the policies and guidelines of the Environmental Management Code (EMC) of the Isabela State University, Cabagan Campus were crafted to provide direction on the sustainable management of resources including the proper disposition of wastes within the premises of the Campus.

This is anchored to Constitutional provision of having a balanced and healthful ecology in accord with the rhythm and harmony of nature.

It will specifically guide the administrators, faculty and staff, students, and other campus constituencies, in abiding on the important provisions thereat. This would further support the initiative of the campus on biodiversity conservation considering the declaration of the campus as a wildlife sanctuary. Further, the implementation of the provisions of this Code would signify the commitment of the campus on environmental conservation, protection, and restoration endeavors.
