A work conducive environment is the banner theme of this year’s Stress Management and Work-Life Balance Webinar series at Isabela State University, gathering its frontline service personnel all over the university-system.
The webinar, organized by the Office of the Student Affairs and Services and in partnership with the Human Resources Management Office, aimed to address the challenges experienced by the frontline service personnel while maintaining a healthy balance between the professional and personal lives.
Dr. Jennifer Ocampo-Serano, the Guidance Counselor of Quirino State University, has embarked on the Strong Personal and Social bonds in repairing and enhancing relationships in the workplace, pairing techniques, and other work-related ethics.
Dr. Serano is a licensed psychologist, registered guidance counselor, and a psychometrician. She specializes in the areas of Self and Stress Management, and Workplace and Relationship Management.
