Program Objectives:

  1. To broaden the students’ managerial knowledge exposing them to different functional areas of public administration;
  2. To inculcate to the students the need for long term strategic solutions rather than short term ones and that they will know how to implement over all strategies;
  3. To increase student’s sensitivity to people, group processes and systems inherent in their own organizations; and
  4. To acquire insights into the interactions and interrelationships between and among the various parts and functions of an organization thereby becoming better prepared to manage and integrate this functional area towards the attainment of overall organizational goal.
