Isabela State University (ISU) celebrates its faculty members who were honored during the Gawad Lingkod Bayani Regional Awarding Ceremony of the Civil Service Commission Region 02 on September 11, 2025 in Tuguegarao City.
In line with the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan”, the recognition highlights exemplary government workers who embody passion, integrity, and excellence in public service.
Formerly known as the Search for Outstanding Government Workers through the CSC’s Honor Awards Program, the event honored the following ISU awardees:
