Isabela State University Human Resource Management Office (ISU HRMO) and its HR Committees was recognized by the Civil Service Commission Region 02 (CSC R02) for its exemplary dedication and commitment to excellence in human resource management, leading to the attainment of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award.

The conferment of the award, attended by Dr. Jay P. Chy (Vice President, Planning and Development), was on October 14, 2024 during the Regional HR Summit at the Pulsar Hotel, Capitol Hills, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The summit, themed “Empowering HR Leaders for a Sustainable Government Workforce,” was designed to provide HRMOs and HRMPs with essential knowledge to build a resilient, adaptable, and skilled government workforce.

Aside from the ISU HRMO, CSC R02 recognized 47 other institutions in the Cagayan Valley Region during the Leading Empowerment and Development for Exceptional HR (LEADEHR) Awards. The said recognition led to the conferment of the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award for all included agencies.
