The Isabela State University as an institution, takes planned actions to recruit staff and faculty from underrepresented groups. For faculty, ISU established a policy on Equal Employment Opportunity Policies (EEOP) in conformity with the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), as stipulated in CSC Resolution No. 1601209 of 2016 and CSC MC 25, series of 2016.In Chapter III, Policy Guidelines on Recruitment, Selection, Placement, and Other Human Resource Actions.
