Education graduate Fe Eloisa G. Corpuz who majors in Social Studies earned the third spot in the teaching demonstration contest during the 2023 ASEAN Festival and Awarding Ceremony held in Tuguegarao City, October 12 with Atty. Lily Freida C. Macabangun-Milla, CESO IV, OIC of the Executive Director IV and Director, International Affairs of the CHED as Keynote Speaker.
In a recorded teaching demonstration, Corpuz showcased her technological, pedagogical and content knowledge in teaching the topic “Industriya at Industriyalisasyon,” which is an area relevant to this year’s theme, “ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth.”
Professor Rosalie C. Leal, Campus Administrator, expressed her thanks to Corpuz and the rest of the team for bringing pride and honor to the name of the institution.
“This is something that we should be proud of because this achievement shows our commitment to our students in training them to be prepared for the world of teaching,” said Leal.
Along with Corpuz were three more students who participated in other contested activities: Abegail N. Galut (Spoken Word Poetry), Sweet Angelique S. Tumanut (Essay Writing) and Dahlia Sumaliang (Poster Making).
