ADVISORY | Isabela State University system will be implementing a four-day work scheme effective July 10, 2023 pursuant to Memorandum Order no. 183 s. 2023 released by the Office of the University President.
This Midyear, ISU Workforce will be reporting every Monday to Thursday, with a work-from-home arrangement every Friday.
With this, we would like to inform the public that physical transactions and services will cease operations every Friday.
The adoption of the four-day work scheme is pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular no. 6 s. 2022, which provides flexible work arrangements in the government in the pretext of the evolving operations and service deliveries in the New Normal, allowing a wider adoption of the emerging technologies and work arrangements, and providing an increase in the productivity and performance of employees.
This is also to support the government’s effort for energy conservation pursuant to Department of Energy Department Circular No. DC2019-11-0014 and Administrative Order No. 103 s. 2004 of the Malacanang directing the continued adoption of austerity measures in the government relative thereto.
Offices with exigent services will continue to uphold regular reporting scheme to ensure the safety and security within the premises of every campus.
