In its continued commitment to deepen students’ understanding of the country’s agricultural landscape, Isabela State University (ISU) conducted a Student Forum on Agriculture on February 25, 2025. The event focused on the theme, “Philippine Agriculture: Challenges and Opportunities” with Hon. Ariel T. Cayanan (Former Undersecretary, Department of Agriculture) as speaker.

Attended by agriculture students and faculty members, the forum served as a platform for discussions on pressing issues affecting the agricultural sector. Former USec. Cayanan shared his perspectives on the current state of Philippine agriculture, emphasizing both challenges and opportunities.
