| Isabela State University sets another milestone this year as it lines up with the country’s top performing institutions following the results of the November 2022 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.
The University ranks 19 of the Top 30 schools in the Philippines with more than 40 examinees, producing over 107 new civil engineers with a passing rate of 58.79%.
