The University President Dr. Aleth M. Mamauag and Mayor Crispina R. Agcaoili bound their commitment in strengthening academic agricultural capability by signing the Memorandum of Agreement on the extension class of Diploma in Agricultural Technology Program at ISU-San Mateo on Monday, November 17 at the Alba Hall of ISU-Echague, Isabela.
Prior to the MOA signing, a series of dialogue meeting with the national agencies such as Agricultural Training Institute Regional Training Center Region 2, Bureau of Plant and Industry-National Seed Quality Control and Services, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and Philippine Rice Research Institute were conducted to seek support and to determine the possibility of offering the program. Likewise, the program will initially have 66 enrollees which will be sponsored by the 33 barangays of San Mateo.
