The University system has a total of 609 faculty, majority of whom are MA/MS degree holder but are presently pursuing verticalized doctorate degrees. Almost a third have doctoral degrees. A little less than one-fourth are completing requirements for masteral degree.
Echague campus, being the main campus and administrative site, holds the bigger number of the faculty population.

In its bid to upgrade and sustain the quality of education in its program offerings, the University sends its faculty to leading universities in the country such as UP, UST De La Salle University, among others. As of May 2014, 42 are enrolled in advanced verticalized degrees with funding support from CHED, DOST and Fulbright and the University. Two faculty have applied for sabbatical leave to complete their researches.
